MF4 - Accompanying family member
to a person who has been granted permanent residence

You can obtain a residence permit as a family member if you are:
an accompanying family member to a person who is going to work in Denmark.

SIRI fee is DKK 2.880 

Follow these steps:

1. Gather documentation:

  • Copy of all pages of your passport – including all empty pages and the passport’s front and back cover
  • A copy of the marriage certificate (birth certificate for a child).
  • Copy of the sponsor’s employment contract or educational certificate if he/she studies
  • Copy of the sponsor’s pay slips for the last 12 months
  • A copy of the signed power of attorney.
  • A copy of signed sworn declaration (it must be signed by the sponsor).
