MF1 – accompanying family member (first time application)

You can obtain a residence permit as a family member if you are:
an accompanying family member to a person who is going to work in Denmark.

SIRI fee is DKK 2.880 DKK

Follow these steps:

1. Gather documentation:

Copy of all pages of your passport – including all empty pages and the passport’s front and back cover.
Copy of your original marriage or partnership certificate and translation (birth certificate for a child).
A copy of the signed power of attorney.

2. Complete the MF1 application form below. Must be filled in English.
