MF2 – accompanying family member (extension of the current permit)

You can obtain a residence permit as a family member if you are:
an accompanying family member to a person who is going to work in Denmark.
SIRI fee is DKK 2.880

Follow these steps

1. Gather documentation:

Copy of all pages of your passport – including all empty pages and the passport’s front and back cover
A copy of the signed power of attorney.

2. Complete the MF2 application form below. Must be filled in English.
