With WorkAdvice, your company gains access to motivated and qualified interns who can contribute to operations, service, and development in your hotel or restaurant business.

To work in hospitality, you must meet these conditions:

  • You must be at least 18 years old, but not older than 35 years old, at the time of application.
  • The traineeship must have a professional connection with your education.

The traineeship must complement the education you have started or completed in your home country or in another country where you have resided legally. You must document the education you have started with a list of the subjects you have studied. This list must be attached to the application in a certified translation.

  •  If your education has been completed, it must have been completed recently.

If your degree was completed more than 18 months ago, we will assess whether there is still a connection between your desired traineeship and your completed degree. In this case, information about your employment after completing your education will be included in the assessment. You must therefore submit documentation of your work experience since you completed your education.

  • Salaries must be paid to a Danish bank account in a bank that operates a legal banking business in Denmark. Therefore, salaries cannot be paid out in cash and cannot be paid abroad.
