Hvorfor vil jeg arbejde i Danmark

Denmark is renowned for its highly developed agricultural industry, and this has been a driving force behind my decision to embark on this internship journey. Being able to intern in Denmark means I will have numerous opportunities to interact with experts in the field of farming, individuals who are extremely dedicated to their work and have access to modern technologies. I am very excited to experience and learn about farming practices in Denmark. Denmark has valuable farming standards, particularly in terms of animal welfare, which I am eager to absorb and apply. In addition to gaining knowledge about farming, I am also looking forward to experiencing the culture and beauty of Denmark, which will enhance my understanding of the country and provide me with additional experiences and skills for personal growth.

Yderligere info

My name is Vu Thu Giang, and I am 23 years old. I am currently studying Veterinary Medicine at Ben Thanh College. I have always had a deep love for animals, which inspired my choice of academic pursuit. My major focuses on animal agriculture, specifically in the care and breeding of livestock on farms. This field of study has provided me with knowledge about various livestock species, including how to monitor and maintain their health, manage their nutrition, and ensure their well-being. I aspire to become a proficient engineer and excel in my job. However, as I am still a student with limited experience, I am eager to gain more practical experience and enrich my knowledge and skills to better prepare for future work opportunities. - I completed a 1-month internship at a pig farm with a capacity of 6000 pigs. My daily tasks included feeding the pigs, cleaning their pens, and checking their health to provide timely support. I also administered vaccinations to the pigs according to their vaccination schedules. - I had a 1-month internship at a broiler chicken farm with a capacity of 15,000 chickens. My daily tasks, along with others, involved feeding the chickens, monitoring their food and water intake, ensuring proper ventilation, and closely monitoring their health. Depending on the timing, I administered vaccinations and classified chickens based on their growth stages to ensure uniform development. - I completed a 4-month internship at a goat farm with a capacity of 300 goats. My daily tasks included feeding the goats according to a balanced diet, supplemented with grazing. The farm had a small-scale for research purposes, housing mature goats, pregnant goats, and kids. I monitored their health daily and was ready to provide treatment when issues arose, such as caring for newborn kids, administering postpartum care to mother goats, and treating some goats with eating issues. - Additionally, I have experience raising black soldier fly larvae for 2 months until they pupated for research purposes, which was a fascinating experience for me.
