First of all, doing an agricultural internship in Denmark will give me hands-on experience that will help me grow in my career and learn more about agriculture. Additionally, being in a different European country will expose me to a new culture and help me understand different farming practices around the world. Furthermore, Denmark is known for its advanced agricultural technologies and innovative farming methods, so I will be able to learn from experts and stay updated on the latest practices. Moreover, improving my English skills is also an important reason for me to choose Denmark for my internship, as good communication is key in any job, especially in agriculture. Lastly, the knowledge and skills I gain from this internship will be very useful for my future plans of starting my own farmstay. My name is Huynh Vinh Thai, and I am a 26-year-old living in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. I studied hotel and restaurant management at Saigon Tourism Vocational College, where I gained knowledge in hospitality and culinary arts. However, my passion for agriculture and sustainable farming has led me to pursue a second degree in the agricultural industry. I am currently getting ready for an internship in Denmark, where I hope to learn modern farming practices. My dream is to have my own farmstay where I can grow crops and raise animals in an eco-friendly way. Despite being introverted, I enjoy meaningful conversations and connections with others. During my work experience in agriculture, I have had the opportunity to volunteer at several farms in Vietnam. One of the farms I volunteered at is the Hygge Farm in Quang Nam province, where I served as a temporary manager for a duration of 1 month. Additionally, I also worked at Su Nghia Farm, a coffee farm located in Lam Dong province, for a period of 1 month. Furthermore, I have worked as a butler at Lung Cu Lakeview, a homestay with a small farm in Ha Giang Province, for a duration of 2 months. These experiences have provided me with valuable insights and practical knowledge in the field of agriculture.
