LIVESTOCK AGROPRENEURSHIP
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Work advise DK Team for allowing me to participate in the selection process. My motivation for pursuing this internship stems from my major and a longstanding interest in agriculture. Through my research, I have learned that Denmark is a significant exporter of agricultural products, and its agriculture sector plays a vital role in the economy while maintaining high environmental and climate standards. I believe this experience will enhance my understanding of Danish practices. My passion for agriculture drives me to acquire knowledge from experts in the field, which I can then share with my community, benefiting my studies and my local agricultural sector. Growing up in an agricultural environment as a member of Gen Z, I noticed a lack of agricultural expertise. An internship in Denmark's thriving agri-sector would equip me with the skills to support my community and potentially increase our export capabilities. I am eager to gain valuable insights into the agri-sector, particularly regarding high yields and quality production. I am confident that my enthusiasm, commitment, and educational background align with the internship program's requirements. I hope for a positive response to my application and assure you of my dedication and hard work during the internship. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Sincerely,
My name is Seanghay San, but I prefer to be called Bea. I am 26 years old and hold an IELTS certificate with a band score of 4, demonstrating my English proficiency. I was born and raised in the countryside, where I live with my two sisters and one brother. My father is a farmer, and my mother sells goods in local villages. Our family runs a small-scale farming business, raising pigs, cows, chickens, ducks, and fish, as well as growing fruits, vegetables, and rice. I cherish these activities as they remind me of my childhood, particularly the times my grandmother assigned me to feed the chickens every morning and clean the henhouse twice a week. These experiences have deepened my connection to nature and inspired my decision to study livestock. I am an active person and have participated in various sports, including football, basketball, high jump, and karate during my school years. I continue to engage in sports, which helps maintain my physical and mental health. Currently, I am studying at the Cambodia Agropreneur Business Academy (CABA), specializing in livestock studies. My education has provided me with a solid foundation in animal husbandry, nutrition, and herd management, fueling my passion for contributing to the livestock industry. Additionally, I work at an animal farm, where I handle various daily tasks, including cleaning and ensuring the animals' welfare. Sincerely, Seanghay San
