The MF2 form (“Family accompanying, Visa extension”) is filled out by the family members of those people who are in Denmark for work / study and want to extend their visa.

1. 1Important! To fill out this form we need to have power of attorney from you. Download power of attorney
2. 2 Fill out the MF2 online form below for further processing in the Immigration Office
3. 3 Send the scanned copy of all sheets of your foreign passport. Send scanned copy of all sheets (even empty sheets), including the cover of foreign passport to the e-mail: info@workadvice.dk. All sheets of passport to be scanned in ONE PDF document.
4. 4 Print the power of attorney you downloaded above, sign, scan and send it to the e-mail: info@workadvice.dk.
