AR1 / AR3 online form is form for obtaining or extending work visa.

Important! If you apply for a work visa after internship contract, you have no right to work until you receive a work permit and a visa! If you are reapplying for a new workplace and you have already had a work visa open, according to the law you can already work from the day you submit your documents to the Immigration Office.

Checklist for AR1 / AR3 online form

  1. 1Important! To fill out this form, a power of attorney from Employer is needed to fill out documents by our company as well as a power of attorney from you. Download, print power of attorney, give the first power of attorney to the farmer to fill out and sign, fill out the second power of attorney by yourself Power of Attorney for the EmployerPower of Attorney for the Applicant
  2. 2 Fill out the AR1 / AR3 online form below for further processing in the Immigration Office
  3. 3 Send the scanned copy of all sheets of your foreign passport. Send scanned copy of all sheets (even empty sheets), including the cover of foreign passport to the e-mail: info@workadvice.dk. All sheets of passport to be scanned in ONE PDF document.
  4. 4 One of the following documents must be provided (copy of the original and notarized translation)
    • Diploma of completion of a suitable specialized education.
    • "Fresh" certificate that you are still a student. Required data for reference: document date, title educational institution, your name and surname, specialty, on which you were enrolled in, the qualifications you will receive when you complete your education, the date of enrollment and approximate end date.
    • Certificate of expulsion, if you were expelled from your study institutions. Required data for reference: document date, the name of the institution, your first and last name, the specialty in which you were enrolled, the qualifications you would have received if you had completed your education, the date of enrollment and the date of expulsion.
  5. 5 Print power of attorney downloaded above, sign, scan and send it to the e-mail info@workadvice.dk. One power of attorney to be from you, and the second power of attorney to be from your Employer.

All scanned copies can be both color and black-and-white. Each document must be in a separate pdf file. One document to be in one pdf file (for example: copy of passport to be in one pdf file, copy of power of attorney to be in the second pdf file, and so on.)
